About Us
Who We Are
We are the team behind heelsitandstay.com.au, an independent Australian website dedicated to a single casino brand: Royal Reels. Our focus is narrow by design — instead of covering dozens of operators, we concentrate on one brand so our readers get depth rather than surface-level summaries.
It is important to be clear about who we are not. We are not the gambling operator, we are not affiliated with the company that runs Royal Reels, and this is not the brand's official website. We are an independent information resource created for Australian players who want clear, factual details before deciding where to play.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help readers in Australia make informed and safe choices about Royal Reels. Online gambling decisions should be based on facts — bonus terms, wagering conditions, payment methods, withdrawal times and licensing details — not on hype. We aim to present those facts plainly, so you can weigh the pros and cons yourself and decide whether this brand suits your preferences and budget.
What We Cover
Every page on heelsitandstay.com.au relates to Royal Reels. The topics we cover include:
- How to create an account and complete registration step by step
- Welcome bonuses, promotions and the terms attached to them
- Game selection, including pokies, table games and live dealer options
- Deposit and withdrawal methods available to Australian players, with processing times
- Mobile play and how the site performs on different devices
- Licensing, security measures and player protection tools
- Answers to common questions about playing at Royal Reels from Australia
We keep our content current by checking the brand's terms and conditions regularly and updating our pages when anything changes.
Transparency
heelsitandstay.com.au earns affiliate commissions. When a reader follows a link from our site to Royal Reels and becomes a customer, we may receive a payment from the operator. This is how the site is funded and how we keep our content free to read.
These commissions do not change the facts we present. Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, payment conditions and other terms are reported as the operator publishes them, whether or not they are flattering. If we find conditions we consider unfavourable to players, we say so. Our commercial relationship never alters the information on this site.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Our content is intended only for adults aged 18 and over — the legal gambling age in Australia — and we do not encourage anyone below that age to gamble.
We encourage all readers to set limits on time and money before playing, to never chase losses, and to take a break if gambling stops being enjoyable. If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, free and confidential support is available through services such as Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858) across Australia. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
